While we leverage proprietary algorithms and deep industry networks to facilitate funding, we operate as a Strategic Advisor and not as a direct lender. Final credit decisions and funding terms are dictated by the underlying financial institutions.

2. Confidentiality Guarantee

We treat all information submitted via this platform as Strictly Confidential. Under these terms, Anathéto Investments commits to:

• Protecting your trade secrets and proprietary business methods.
• Implementing technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized data access.
• Ensuring all staff and contractors are bound by legally enforceable NDAs.

3. Accuracy of Business Representations

The integrity of the funding process depends on the accuracy of the data you provide. By submitting an application, you warrant that all financial statements, operational summaries, and identity documents are authentic and reflect the current state of your business.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, deal-structuring templates, and strategic frameworks provided during our consultancy remain the intellectual property of Anathéto Investments (Pty) Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials exclusively for the growth of your specific business entity.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% success in every deal, advisory services involve market and financial risks. Anathéto Investments shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from market fluctuations or lender decisions made outside of our direct control.
