• Row Level Security (RLS): We implement strict database protocols where your records are physically isolated from other users at the database level. Even within our own systems, your data is only visible to you and your assigned lead advisor.
• Secure OAuth 2.0: We utilize Google’s secure authentication framework. We never see or store your Google password; we only receive a secure token to verify your identity.

2. Information We Collect

To provide expert strategic advisory and funding facilitation, we collect:

• Contact & Profile: Verified data from your Google profile (Name, Email).
• Financial Intelligence: Balance sheets, cash flow statements, and tax returns provided exclusively for funding evaluations.
• Strategic Data: Business plans, operational metrics, and proprietary trade secrets shared during consultations.

3. Zero Data-Sharing Policy

Anathéto Investments does not sell, trade, or rent your business data to third parties. We only transmit data to verified lending institutions or M&A partners when:

1. You have explicitly authorized the submission of a funding application.
2. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed by the receiving party.

4. Data Sovereignty & Portability

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request a complete export of your information or a permanent "Right to be Forgotten" erasure of your records from our servers at any time. Our deletion process ensures that all backups and replicas are scrubbed within 30 days of the request.
